For newly constructed homes, if our Agency is engaged prior to building completion, we will liaise with the builder to set up the property file and prepare the home for tenancy.
For existing homes being purchased as an investment, or currently under managed by another Agency. Our team will liaise with the Real Estate Agency holding the property file until the home and it's tenant (if tenanted) has transitioned to our property management. Once you assign our Agency, our office can notify the other Agency to terminate the agency agreement in place and prepare for the transition.
