Our team will apply the agreed marketing plan, deal with enquiries and conduct viewings at no charge to you.Once we've attracted a quality tenant that you are comfortable with, there's a fixed lease writing fee ($220.00) to secure the tenancy.
When required, our staff will arrange maintenance, keep the gardens watered and the home aired out, to make sure the home is property presented for viewings.
Because new homes within an immediate vicinity of our office are managed with extra efficiency, we'll pass the cost savings onto you. Landlords are eligible for this rate until either of the following occurs: The 6th year anniversary of the properties handover date on the construction contract' Or, the 6th year anniversary of the inaugural tenancy when the property is signed during construction.

Are you living locally and prefer self-management? A 'leasing only' package will provide you with a quality tenant able to pay the market price for rent. You'll receive a tenancy in place with a professional standard tenancy agreement and the appropriate documents to move forward. (n.b; that the Landlord must provide bank details, a full set of keys and a property condition report for the premises to be eligible for this service).

This is the DIY option for self-managing Landlords. Advertising on the major real estate websites makes a positive difference to the quality of applicants and the achievable rent price for a property. You can access advertising on these websites through our Agency (n.b; email address and regular internet access required by the Landlord)
